Works well for what I needed. I was 'refurbished' but other than a small scrape on one of the hose nozzles, it looked brand new. Only negative was the connection to the sprayer. It didn't have the standard M22 connector and as a result the hose matched the connection. To add a longer standard hose with M22 connections will require changing adapters, or getting a more 'standard' sprayer with those connections. As long as a 25' hose will work in your environment, that's no issue. And, the power cord is very long so the pressure washer itself could be moved to be closer to what needs to be cleaned.

Very happy with this pressure washer. I have used it multiple times since receiving it and have only seen one thing that doesn't work properly and that is the soap dispenser. It does not work under pressure but works without the wand attached. Everything was included as shown. Plenty of power for most household jobs.
