Fantastic Pulverizing Power!!!!!
Can’t describe how awesome this blower vac is turning a dozen normal bags of leaves into only two so easily for a guy with arthritis! Yes it makes dust, but that’s what pulverized leaves are so wear a mask and all is good! The blower is excellent and so I bought the bagging attachment and turned the massive pile of leaves into two trash cans of bagged leaves with no no raking and it was so worth it! Worx great until it doesn't
The Good: 1. It was extremely useful tool if you want to be able to easily dump a lot of leaves either in a compost pile or a bag for collection. I was able to use it to consolidate a lot of leaves that were blown into a pile for the bagger / collection. 2. The setup was easy and the bag can be easily removed and unzipped to be dumped. The Bad: 1. The chute constantly gets clogged. I had made sure all the leaves were dry and there were minimal twigs and branches however at times it gets clogged unless you use something to push the leaves through (which is dangerous) or remove the chute in order to clear the obstruction. This gets pretty tedious when you have a large leaf pile you have to mulch up and put into bags. 2. The plastic clip that holds the chute against the ... The Good: 1. Well every time the chute gets clogged due to a small amount of debris, you have to take apart the chute which puts additional stress on this small piece. I cannot fathom why they didn't make this part metallic or out of a stronger/thicker piece of plastic. Eventually this broke off and even with superglue, it didn't hold long. 3. The zipped bag is already showing signs of wear and I suspect that it won't last much longer than two to three seasons before it starts tearing. I suppose the 3-year warranty here makes sense. Conclusion: Good tool but in terms of reliability is not the best. I've had my frustrations with unclogging it and trying to get it to work with the plastic clip breaking off. I was able to contact warranty department who actually mentioned that I need to go thru ebay for the warranty request as it was a separate team that handled it. I noted that the seller was direct from worx but regardless I was able to get a response. They finally told me it would take 2-6 weeks as the part was on backorder. I suppose a lot of people are having the same issues either that or they discontinued this model. In any event, I would probably stick with the large mulcher that sits upright next time I have to do my mulching.

Heavier and Louder
The blower is awesome save for that it is very very loud. I had to wear noise cancelling headphones. It blows very well. Very powerful motor. It is also heavier than I anticipated, so the arm gets tired quicker and a little harder to maneuver. I was hoping Worx would have made this easier to handle and home friendly. I like the two speed settings. I haven't tried the vacuum and mulcher, maybe in the summer when I start cutting my grass. The blower is awesome save for that it is very very loud. Excellent Blower
Couldn't beat the deal on this. It's corded but works great for blowing off our asphalt driveway. I haven't used it's vacuum/chopper feature because we don't have trees close enough to impact our yard with a significant amount of leaves.

(A blower and a vacuum are basically the same thing; it just depends on which side of the impeller you are standing.) These blowers are such good quality that my company uses these in commercial cleaning applications. The metal impellers can handle vacuuming debris without damage.
