Overall im pretty happy with the unit. While it didnt have all the fancy features of the bigger units I was on a budget. Outside was in good shape some minor scratches and scrapes. Inside was pretty dirty but nothing I couldn't clean up. The unit fired right up and produced power and is pretty quiet. If they have another sale like that Ill purchase another one. Pretty happy with the unit! If your on the fence and need affordable power just buy one you will be happy you did.

arrived just hours before camping trip. was very pleased with packing, delivery time, appearance and performance. It uses a little more gas than I'd hoped but its a 171cc engine so, Performed great on my 3 day camp trip. ran microwave, AC etc no issues. What a great deal. Communication was good too

Delivery went very smooth. The delivery person was helpful professional and polite. I can't comment on the quality of the merchandise yet because I won't have it installed for a while yet. Item looked mildly used out of the box. I ordered the cables it and cover it didn't come with. Had some MINOR technical issues. I talked to both customer support and ordering accessories people. Friendly and helpful. The generator starts right up and runs flawlessly. I think it's a bargain at this price.
