I know it's not it's intended use case but this generator has been used as a secondary power unit on a over the road tractor trailer strapped down on the trailer. if it can last months with just regular maintenance and the only thing that broke was the muffler mounts. great product.

    Good enough

    It's kind of loud, but I expected that for the price. It will power enough of what I want it to. I tried to run a fairly powerful home vacuum cleaner and it started sputtering. Removing the shipping brackets requires sturdy tools.

    Works like a champ

    Seems to be well made. Starts easily, first or second pull. Quieter than expected. Great back up for power outages to run appliances, TV’s, fans, medical equipment... Set up for use with RV. Do recommend the optional wheel and handle kit. Simple assembly and makes it much easier to move the generator.

    Meets the weight test

    Seems to be a good, solid generator. I've not had the chance to use it yet; hopefully it works awesomely well when I need it when the power goes out this winter. I hope it isn't too loud. I forgot to ask about that aspect of it. Oh well I guess, if it is. The thing is really heavy though. At least I have no worries that it will blow away in the wind...
