These guys/gals communicated great. When they ship an item like this my local post office said they do it in mass and have someone pick up multiple orders (80) in this case and then re-ship. Tracking indicates the item was delivered, but not to your address. They refunded my purchase, and of course, the pad came the next day. I notified them of this to cancel my refund but too late. They said just keep pad so I ordered another one. You can trust these guys.
