    Purchased for RV

    Purchased a 31 ft travel trailer and was looking for a inverter generator. For price over a Honda I decided to try the Champion. Added oil (not supplied), gas, chocked and started on second pull. Almost as quite as the Honda 3000 I was looking at. Ran my 15,000 btu ac, all the lights (led) and refrigerator without a problem. Then came time to try the microwave. Was expecting it to trip but never did for the few minutes we ran all of it. It has a small gas tank (1.6 gals) however I got 6 hours running the ac. Gravity feed take (no fuel pump) so options to add an external fuel source is limited. Overall I could not be more pleased With this generator. Would recommend it to anyone.

    Champion generator

    So far this has been a good product. I really like it overall. I did have a problem shortly after receiving it. It didn't run properly the second day, had to call the tech person to troubleshoot. It turned out to be loose electrical connections. Could have checked out a little better before shipping.

    Great generator at a great price

    This is the second Champion inverter generator I have owned. Very happy with the quality at a great price. I unpacked it, added oil and gas and it started on the first pull. It stumbled a little butI think it was because I did not have it on a level surface. After I got it level, it ran great. This unit will run my 13500 btu a/c on my travel trailer along with all of the lights, the TV and the microwave with no problem. Its not as quiet as the Honda 3000 but at less than half the price I could not see paying the big bucks for the Honda. I am a big fan of these Champion inverter generators.

    Rat hunting central Oregon.

    We went sage rat hunting in central oregon for a week, it was cold and snowy the whole time. The champion 3400 generator/inverter worked like a charm, we ran it pretty much 5 to 7 hours a day without a problem. It powered everything in the trailer without a problem. I'm sold it's a great machine.

    Very pleased

    I ordered this for my camper without the expectation of Hurricane Irma coming. It was scheduled to arrive on a Monday but fortunately it arrived on Thursday before Irma hit us Sunday and knocked out our power. I filled with oil and ran 5 hours for break in , changed the oil and we used it throughout the time our power was out for 3 days. Started up every time on the first pull and did just what I needed it to do. After Irma passed through I took it out to the camper and hooked it up and turned the AC on, It ran it and everything else with no problem. I'm extremely happy with the cost and product.
