There are a lot of copies on the market but Karcher are still the best made. For instance the joints don't leak in use and they have fitted wheels with extending handle, great for the frail or elderly. The extra long power lead and long pressure hose means it can reach a good distance from the electric supply. This model is aimed at the motorist and gardener, for the car the kit includes a soft brush and spray gun that you attach the included foam spray to then use the adjustable spray lance to gently rinse off the foam. For the garden the adjustable spray lance can be used to wash away dirt and debris or connect the jet lance to scour away grime and slime, it work very well on paving, stone and brickwork. The pump is pressure switched so release the trigger and the motor stops, this means you save water and won't get a soaking when changing the accessories.Read full review

Having taken advice from the male population on the virtues of owning a ‘karcher’ pressure washer, I indulged myself, so as to own the ultimate boys toy... hmmmm.. power? What power? Which only leaves me to conclude that men are as easily influenced by women when it comes to fashion accessories and the must have, latest, gadget. This product is flimsy, cheap plastic, probably won’t last longer than five minutes, very noisy and vibrates. Is not very powerful, my car was still filthy after trying every tool in the box. And by the way, I’m a retired farmhand, I know a good power washer when I see one.. usually powered by a generator...I wish I’d bought the cheapo version rated 5 stars now.. and saved £50! The karcher is so non powerful, I used it to water the garden..without damaging any plants. Maybe I got a duff version..either way, I wouldn’t admit to owning it and will probably give it away and buy something more robust for cleaning big toys like tractors and trucks... Read full review

A solid build that doesn’t take up too much space in the garage, but wish I’d shelled out a bit more for one that’ll do the job. We have a patio that gets ‘greened up’ pretty quickly, so need to pressure washer clean it twice s year. This item was a compact and one of the cheapest models that said it cleaned concrete. Technically the description was right, but the most powerful and only setting to do this produces a really narrow jet that somehow comes out in a rotating circular action. It is powerful enough to remove the the mould from the cement and stone, but it takes forever. It’s like trying to colour in a sheet of paper by scribbling with a biro. I love the multi settings for cleaning windows, cars and motorbike, but still have to borrow my brother-in-laws more powerful version to do the tougher jobs. I regret this purchase.Read full review

Having had a Karcher for many years I have always been p,leased with the robust quality of the pressure washer. When unpacking it was clear that the fittings were more flimsy and the connections and attachments were no longer comparable. The machine looked and felt like cheaper own brand models what a shame. I hope it will last as long as my original but I fear it will not as it appears to have built in obsolescence.
