Love this cookware set. Of course it's nonstick now because it's new. All skillets will start sticking after used for awhile. I didn't have a sauce pan this size. Pancakes & flatbread is easy with no sticking.
I Really like these pans, I've never been able to cook without using some oil / butter and these pans allow that. Making pancakes or flatbread is easy and there is no sticking at all.

Good pans - eat the box.
You must use some kind of fat when you cook in a pan- period - or else just sit down and eat the box because you don’t know what good food tastes like. You might be able to slide an egg around the first few times but after some use you’ll need a lubricant. It tastes better that way anyway. These pieces are very lightweight and will overheat easily and possibly warp - so, this is not for a seasoned cook who is used to high quality cookware. Cook low and slow in these. They do look nice. The lids seem pretty great. These pans are the perfect size for a single or a couple. If you have a big family you’ll be cooking in batches. I bought them because I wanted to try this new granite nonstick out for cooking rice in the small pot and eggs in the small pan. They are just so much lighter than ...
