If your looking for a home gym that fits into your budget and get the benefits of a much larger priced home unit at a reasonable amount of money I strongly recommend this unit. I use it every day with confidence and a goal which I think I will achieve. Assembly takes a little work but follow the instructions and it will come together in a unit you will be pleased with.

This is positively reviewed by many for beginner/intermediate users, but as an intermediate user, I find this unit to be frustrating to use. Positive: 1) Assembly is fun, the instructions are clear, and it only took a few hours for me to assemble this by myself (I was not in a hurry). 2) Unit is compact and looks good. Not so positive: 1) The weights are not marked, so there is no way to know how much weight you are manipulating and makes it impossible to accurately log your progress. 2) The leg station attachment does not lock into place, so whenever you use the lower cable for rows, bicep curls, etc., the entire assembly comes up unless you can put your leg in front of it or wedge something in to keep it in place. 3) I stand at 5'8", which is the sweet spot for this machine, but I still find most exercises have a limited range of motion and find myself hitting the weights at the top continually. These include the tricep pushdown (can't go past 90 degrees), butterfly press (can't go back past 90 degrees), chest press (can't fully extend), leg extension (can't fully extend), bicep curls (can't go past 90 degrees), rows, (can't fully draw back to my chest with legs extended), and more. 4) The weight has a "rumbly" feel to it when in motion instead of feeling smooth. This is not a bad machine, but I was hoping for better.Read full review

Very solid and sturdy design. I've had it for over 2 weeks now, and love it. Easy to switch between exercises, and good value for the money. That said. You should 100% expect there to be "in transit" damage. It's over 150 lbs, and most delivery people simply don't care. Mine was minor. Simple cosmetic damage to the mounted name plate, but I've heard some pretty bad experiences. Also, the machine is big but range of operation is relatively small, so bigger guys(for reference, I'm 6 ft) may have problems getting full range of motion on some exercises. I tend to hit the weight stack on the top stop on some exercises if I don't watch my form or stand in the right spot. Lastly, and this is by far the most annoying thing about this product, there are NO step by step assembly instructions at all with this machine!! None whatsoever. You get a box full of parts, and a couple of numbered diagrams with pictures. They are beyond confusing. Even if you're mechanically inclined it will take you several hours to put it together. It took me the better part of 7 hours, with a few breaks in between. Also, I would highly recommend using a ratchet instead of the adjustable wrench that is suggested in the instructions. There are issues, but overall I'm happy with it so far.Read full review

Good quality machine, easy to change exercises. Assembly directions are a bit lacking but you can figure it out. The biggest issue with this machine is it’s not made for taller people. I can’t get full extension on lat pull down and on quad extension my feet drag on the floor. I’m 6’ 2” and they could fix it all by raising the machine 4” off the floor and bringing the overhead up another 2” - 3”. Still I highly recommend this machine
