Wish I could do 4.5 stars. Product works great and was in original retail packaging as you would expect from a device labeled as new. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because this box was clearly sitting in a window display for a long time before the blue ring around the camera lens is faded drastically so the color no longer matches the camera base that was concealed by the packaging.

Unfortunately , it simply did not work, tried to contact manufacturer, only to find that its warranty system it’s designed to avoid repairs or replacement by all means, they didn’t want to repair it at my expense, so it ended useless in a closet
