The Pump was substantial with a metal spray pipe. The bottle arrived damaged but a replacement is being sent. The photo of the unopened damp and dented package was clear proof. I offered to accept a small refund to compensate the lost liquid, but as the bottle was still leaking, I accepted their counter offer of a new bottle. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Clearly the problem was with the shipper not themselves!!! Have yet to try the spray.

I ordered 2 tubs of powdered moss killer which arrived bang on time. During transit one of the tubs was smashed leaving the powder dispersed in the package, an occurrance not the fault of the vendor. I got in touch with this them explaining the issue and asked them to send an empty tub as most of the powder was salvageable. Instead they wasted no time sending me another full tub. With service like this, is there any reason to buy elsewhere?

Alloy wheel cleaner was very effective at a good value price
I liquid decanted into spray bottle and sprayed on alloy wheels where it was left for 4-5 minutes, The liquid turn purple which is hosed with water to wash off. For heavily contaminated areas I had to use a stiff brush to aid cleaning but generally it is very easy to use. Advise protective eyeware and gloves to be used during cleaning. The results I had were very good with minimal effort

Not too bad
This stuff seems a bit diluted compared to other fallout cleaners I have used. The issue is it needs 5 minutes on wheels to get to work but where it's quite watery most of the liquid just runs off of the wheels within the first 30 seconds. I bought it for £20 but it's gone up in price (23.95) now, I think I would shop around next time but it still pretty good value considering it's 5L.

Brilliant Product and I have tried many other products out there.
This is one of the better wheel cleaning products on the market. Absolutely stinks but it's that good that the smell doesn't matter. Worth every penny. Really easy to use and simple to use. For better results use warm water to clean the wheels once you have sprayed ProKleen Dragon's Blood on the wheels. I've attended many car shows over the past 5 years and have tried many wheel cleaning products out there and I have to say that this is one of my top 3 favourites, I think the more I use it the more it's going to be my favourite wheel cleaning product.This is one of the better wheel cleaning products on the market. Dragons blood works
It actually works. Took years of baked on brake dust off with ease. I also poured some into a small container and dropped the springs, brake pins. anti rattle shims etc into it and let them soak while I was doing other jobs. They came out like new. Excellent product. I would recommend to all. And you are right. The stuff smells awful, but does it’s job. I’m impressed.

Great value and product. I poured some of this into a trigger spray bottle to use on my alloy wheels. Make sure you're not in direct sunlight when you use it and let it dwell for 10mins then agitate with a wheel brush. It does smell, but I didn't find it too bad. Power washed off and the wheels were rid of all the baked on grime. Definitely a great product to have in your car wash arsenal.
