What is included in tyre installation?
This price includes tyre fitting (Including VAT), balancing, valve replacement (standard rubber valves only) and disposal of your old tyres.
What is not included?
Not included in the guaranteed price are additional services.
Additional services commonly include a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) service required on many cars, optional upgrades to standard services like nitrogen inflation or services specific to a tyre model such as run-flat maintenance.
How do I make an appointment?
When your tyres are delivered to your selected location, you will receive contact through eBay from our nominated seller to book your appointment.
What if I did not receive my confirmation or delivery email?
Check your email spam folder, or contact the seller.
How long will it take to get a fitting date?
When you purchase your tyres, the delivery date will show on the item page. From that date, your tyre should be available and your selected location. Once it is delivered, you will receive contact through eBay to book your appointment.
What if there is a problem with my order or I need to change something?
As with any eBay transaction, contact the seller if you have a question or problem. If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact eBay customer service.
I wish to purchase tyres from a seller who does not offer installation. Can I still find an installer on eBay?
Installation is offered through select partners who maintain their own installation networks that are not necessarily available to other sellers.
What should I do if I have selected to buy tyres from an eBay nominated seller and can't find a local installer?
Some tyre shops are not equipped to install very large tyres or specialty tyres. In the instance you cannot find a local installer, contact the seller before making your purchase.
